
GARDEN CITY, Wealthy County — A northern Utah guy who police say drove over 100 mph within the Undergo Lake space is going through a number of fees.
The Laketown guy, 44, was once charged Tuesday in fifth District Court docket with failing to reply to an officer’s sign to forestall, a third-degree legal; reckless riding, a category B misdemeanor; and several other visitors infractions, together with rushing, failing to yield and failing to sign.
The person was once noticed Nov. 19 through police going 67 mph in a 40 mph zone in a Toyota Tacoma on Undergo Lake Street in Lawn Town.
“When the officer pulled (the person) over, (he) waited till the officer exited his patrol automobile after which sped away, attaining 111 mph in a 55 zone,” in step with charging paperwork. “All the way through the chase, (the person) ran a forestall signal and positioned the touring public in danger because of his reckless riding.”
The person was once touring about 90 mph thru Lawn Town, after which higher to 111 mph at the highway between Lawn Town and Laketown, a police reserving affidavit states.
The person was once arrested after he pulled into his storage in Laketown.
